Who you are dealing with

Expat Blueprint is a trading name of Loulou Entertainment, a business registered in Sweden. The writing here is published under the pen name Carl S Moller, and the bylines you see on articles, the newsletter, and the author pages all refer to that same author. Loulou Entertainment is the seller and copyright holder of the digital workbooks offered on this Website and is responsible for the content published here.

The trader behind every order is Loulou Entertainment, trading as Expat Blueprint, organisation number SE840128021201, Fatbursgrunnsgata 6, 118 28 Stockholm, Sweden.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Expat Blueprint ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

Purchases and digital products

The products sold here are digital workbooks delivered as PDF files. Each product page states the price in US dollars, the page count, and what the workbook covers before you reach the checkout. Prices shown exclude any sales tax or VAT that may be added at checkout depending on where you live. How tax is treated region by region, and what delivery means when nothing physical is sent, is explained in full on the tax and delivery page.

Your contract of sale is with Loulou Entertainment, trading as Expat Blueprint. Payment is processed by Stripe under its managed payments arrangement, under which Stripe acts as merchant of record for the transaction: Stripe takes the payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, files and remits it in the countries covered by that arrangement, issues your receipt and handles payment disputes. Your card or bank statement shows a Stripe-issued descriptor beginning with LINK.COM rather than the workbook name. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself, but the workbook is sold to you by us, and the obligations in these terms are ours.

Before payment you are asked to confirm that you want the file delivered immediately and that you understand your fourteen-day right of withdrawal ends when the download begins. That confirmation is recorded with your order.

Delivery is immediate. Once payment clears you receive a personal download link, valid for thirty days, along with your receipt. Because the file reaches you at once, purchases are final; the circumstances in which we still put things right are set out in the refund policy. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own move. You may print it and fill it in as often as you like. You may not resell it, share the file or the download link, republish extracts, or use the material to deliver a paid service to others without written permission.

Licence to digital workbooks

Every Expat Blueprint workbook is a digital product only: a downloadable, fillable PDF file delivered automatically after payment. The transaction is a licence to use that file, not a purchase of any service, consultation, coaching, or professional advice.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, open, complete and print the workbook for your own personal move. The licence is valid for one person and one household. You may use the file on any device you own, and you may make reasonable personal copies for your own use.

You may not: resell the workbook, sublicense it, share it with others, distribute the download link, post it publicly, republish extracts, create derivative works, or use the material to deliver a paid or unpaid service to anyone else. Any commercial use, redistribution, or transfer requires our written permission.

Nothing in the workbook or on this Website constitutes legal, financial, tax, immigration, medical, or other professional advice. The workbook is designed to help you organise your own thinking and identify which questions should be verified locally by a qualified professional in the country you are moving to.
