Refund Policy

The workbooks sold here are digital files that reach you the moment payment clears. There is nothing to ship back and nothing to withdraw once the file is on your machine, so purchases are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, and that includes orders where the file has been downloaded and the buyer decides afterwards that it was not what they hoped for.
The page count, the format, a full description of what each workbook covers and a sample of the writing are all published before checkout, precisely so the decision can be made before money changes hands rather than after. The product is a digital download only; no services, consultation, coaching or professional advice is included. How the file reaches you, and how tax is handled depending on where you buy from, is set out under tax and delivery.
Where we still put things right
If the delivery itself fails — the link never arrives, expires early, or the file will not open — that is our problem to solve, and we solve it by getting you the file, not by keeping your money and walking away. Write to hello@expatblueprint.com with the order reference from your receipt and we will send it directly.
A duplicate charge or a duplicate order is refunded in full without argument. If you ended up with the wrong workbook, we send the right one and settle any difference in price. Payments you believe were made without your permission are handled through Stripe, who can investigate the transaction properly.
Consumer rights in the EU and UK
Consumers normally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you give express consent to start the download and acknowledge that the withdrawal right lapses when it does. Before the payment form opens you are asked to tick exactly that confirmation, and the moment you gave it is stored with your order — which is what makes these sales final rather than merely declared final. Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory law where you live, including rights that apply if a product is genuinely faulty.
Who takes the payment
The workbook is sold to you by Loulou Entertainment, trading as Expat Blueprint, organisation number SE840128021201, Fatbursgrunnsgata 6, 118 28 Stockholm, Sweden. The payment itself is processed by Stripe under its managed payments arrangement, which makes Stripe the merchant of record for the transaction: Stripe collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, issues the receipt, handles payment disputes, and appears on your card statement as a descriptor beginning with LINK.COM. Stripe may in some circumstances refund a payment under its own buyer policy even where this policy would not — that decision sits with them.
