My download link has stopped working.

Links stay valid for thirty days after purchase. If yours has expired or fails before then, mail hello@expatblueprint.com with the order reference from your Stripe receipt and we will issue a fresh link or attach the file to the reply.

How do I find my order reference?

It sits at the top of the receipt Stripe sent you at the time of purchase. If you cannot find the receipt, the email address you paid with is enough for us to locate the order.

Can I get a refund on a digital workbook?

Accepted Answer

No. The workbooks are downloadable files delivered instantly, so purchases are final and change-of-mind refunds are not offered. We do fix delivery problems, duplicate charges and wrong-product orders — mail us and we will sort it. The full terms are on our refund policy page.

Why does Stripe appear on my card statement?

Stripe is the merchant of record for our workbooks. They take the payment, collect any VAT or sales tax that applies where you live, and issue the receipt, which is why their name rather than ours shows on the statement.

The welcome code from our newsletter is entered in the promo field on the product page before checkout opens, not inside the payment window itself. It is single-use per customer and valid through 31 August 2026. If it still fails, mail us the product you are trying to buy and we will sort it out.
